You must be able to pay 50% of the price upfront

Mode of payment can be discussed

ProcessProgress will be sent at least once a week

Modifications can be made with enough time notice

Once the weekly progress is approved, I will move on to the next step and will not be able to change it

Depending on the project, I offer research, moodboards, thumbnails, sketches, colour comps and the final

I will send you a high res file of the final with the naming convention and to the destination stated, for the psd file itself I will require further payment (has to be discussed since it varies from projects to projects)

Terms of Service

You can only use the work I provide for your own uses; you cannot give the rights of usage to someone else

You cannot modify or have another artist modify my work; if needed ask for my permission first

You cannot claim my work as your own, I still own the copyrights of the image, you are buying the license to use the illustration

If asking for a urgent work, I will charge overtime (50% addition from the original price)

I still own my own rights over the image, I am giving you the rights of usage not the copyrights

The terms can be changed, but I will require a contract
